| Whats New in the life of the Barefoot Scroller?? |
| ~ 10/16/2009~ Well it has been a busy month here at BFWW! The pulpit has been completed and delivered although I still need to take some pics of it at the church I do have one above for you to see. I have also built a new work bench for the shop using a set of plans from Wood Magazine for a budget friendly but stout bench. It came out nice and there are pics of it on the in the shop page. In fact it came out so nicely I shrunk the dimensions and built another one to take the router table. I finally got tired enough of the cheesy metal stand that it came with to actually do something about it!! Lots to get moving on as well as the new bench and router table cabinet are part of an over all plan to get organized out there and then get busy on several other projects that are in the wing and one that is in progress! | We have all heard that before! This is a hobby for me to relax and forget the brutal day! I am an IT Manager and run a Global Technical Help Desk, it pays well and is a challenging and rewarding career but boy can the stress from that take its toll on a body! Man does not live by bread alone you know! |

| So I have thought a lot about this and have found that I do not like working for others. That sounds bad but it seems to take the joy out of the work for me. I will still sell my work but I think I am going to focus on building some things I want to build and then see if I can sell them. We will see. |
